Radiology negligence in failing to properly read x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, mammograms or report critical results;

Nursing care: failure to properly monitor labor and delivery; injuring nerves during injections, IV infiltrates, failing to notify attending doctors of deteriorating condition or abnormal blood test results, overdose of medication, causing allergic reactions to medications;

Pharmacy errors involving  prescription errors, incorrect doses, wrong medications;
